Returns & Exchanges

At DMV JDM Depot, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance JDM parts and accessories. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all hardware or documentation. Electrical components and custom-ordered parts are generally final sale.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned parts for quality and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
